How well the doctor and his staff work with you..we live in Danville va..we had a medical delay the day before my appointment..my wife and daughter was in Lynchburg. my daughter had out patient surgery.. due to 2 emergency surgery her surgery was 4-5 hrs late what was a out pt surgery turned out to be over night stay..having to get her discharged from the hospital, get her back home to get to my apt. at 10.. Checkin is very fast, efficient and friendly. Dr Miller is wonderful and friendly. He listens to you, gives you feed back that you can understand and guides you through your issues.

Everyone at OrthoVirginia is always kind and professional. They always make time for you and treat you well whenever you visit. Dr. Jones is a very caring and compassionate doctor. During this recent visit, he asked questions about the neurological condition I’m dealing with, inquired about and approved of the physical therapy that I’m using, and showed me several additional stretches that I have implemented that have been quite useful. It would be quite a challenge to find a more knowledgeable or nicer doctor.
