RecommendedAppointment went fine. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dr Smithson was very nice and explained everything that would be done. Overall very pleased. They were running a little behind on scheduled appointments but we all are a little behind at times.
Walk-in Service was incredibly quick AND through AND friendly!
I visited Dr Harris yesterday at the Mechanicsville facility and what a great physician as well as friendly staff. He took the time to find out what was going on and I never felt rushed with him. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr Harris!!! Thank you

Appointment the day after I called & when there was seen promptly & efficiently. Pat was very nice & forthcoming.
I had a first visit with Dr. Thompson that was encouraging. First he reviewed my X-rays and didn’t jump right to surgery. Second he offered options that we can try that are non surgical and I was all for exhausting all options before surgery. Third he embed confidence in me by taking things slow and listening to my thoughts. All in all a great visit
Very easy to deal with. They explain what they are going to do before they do it and then take the time to explain their finds. Great group
The Staff is so professional and kind. Dr. Parks is so nice. He is very polite and know his profession. He has really help me to improve my health.
