RecommendedThe staff was great from those at the all the to the seeing the. Dr. Huerta is one best doctors I seen in along time. She listen to what I was saying and took that information to find my problem. The x-ray and MRI tech. your knowledgeable of what they were doing. The nurses that took all my information were pleasant to work with and made the visit enjoyable. Lastly,they had an updated MRI machine I no longer had to be in that long narrow tube. Overall I would give Ortho Virginia 5 stars, great job. .
OrthoVA is exceptionally service oriented. My experience has always been pleasant and the treatment was always professional. Dr. Herring was very patient with all our questions and engaged us all the way through. Highly recommend this practice and Dr.Herring.
Dr.Miller and his staff were very helpful and attentive. They made me feel relaxed,and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. They didn't "drag" my situation out,they took X-rays and Dr.Miller gave me a solution the same day!
Very good customer service and the doctors Coleman good person and patient he explained to me everything about my sons surgery he doing ok thank you doctor Nathan Coleman you are doing a great job 😊
Dr. Smithson did surgery on my left hand on February 13, 2020. He is an excellent Doctor and has a wonderful way with his patients! He has been seeing me for years! I would advise anyone who has hand problems to go and see him
Great experience at Ortho Virginia. Dr. Ratajczak is awesome (don’t let his last name scare you) after a visit you will know how to say it!!! I am almost back to normal with my arm wrist hand and fingers a little more PT and I will be back to normal. Thank you to him and his staff!
Saw Dr. Birmingham whom I trust completely because he takes his time with you explaining every thing very clearly to include outcomes and possibility of surgical treatment. Also the office is very professional and organized. My only complaint is that messages to Dr’s office is not always returned the same day or the next day after that.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Scioscia this week fearing it would be cancelled because of COVID-19. All staff members of OrthoVirginia were very professional and caring. Dr. Scioscia was caring and wanted to hear about my discomfort and past health issues. He recommended a "stay-at-home" treatment plan under the circumstances and asked that I call in 3 to 4 weeks to give him an update. I will definitely recommend him.
