RecommendedVery friendly and professional staff.
Instead of admitting their systems had been hacked, they allowed me to remain in pain for months. They threw gabapentin at me (which did not help) and failed to schedule a CAT scan for weeks. The office staff was rude and defensive. This is unethical and truly not what those who have pledged to help others should do. They also sent me a bill for $5 recently, for an appointment I never had. I will NEVER visit them again, and am much happier with the overall treatment I received at Neurosurgical Associates in henrico.
Dr.Miller is a very good surgeon he did a total knee replacement on me je had a great bedside manner would recommend him to anyone

The entire staff was wonderful, both in the offices and hospital. They took great care of me!
Fantastic group! I have been a patient with them twice and Dr McDermott was fantastic the therapy team is fantastic as well and helped me recover from both of my injuries
Dr. Ron Childs is simply the best doctor I have had the pleasure to call my doctor. He is not only caring and understanding but also the best back surgeon anywhere. Without any hesitation I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who is having any issues with their back.
Dr Nedeff and his staff are wonderful. They go the extra mile for their patients. I would recommend Dr Nedeff 100%. He has repaired both of my shoulders and I feel like a new person. Thank Dr Nedeff and staff!
