The staff doesn't give a hoot about any body. I kept going back but I'm going to ortho at UVA. I strongly do not recommend. I've seen 3 physicians here and not one has done anything. But the worst part is literally the rest of the staff- no one there does their job correctly or sufficiently correct. They waste your time like your time doesn't matter. They seriously can't even make appointments right. And yes I have sent a letter to the Board of Directors who never responded except to send me a survey about my experience.
My care was excellent at the Ortho of Virginia. SHRADER RD.
My Surgical care team was excellent and kept me calm and not worried about my surgery today. Great place to use if you need ortho surgery use Shrader Rd location.
