EDIT: I was called by someone to discuss my review and was told OrthoVA does not have an "escalations department" and they were unsure why the person who introduced themselves as someone from escalations said that, but they did apologize for the difficulty I had to begin with (red flag). First of all they are always on time. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Drs Stovall, Herzog and PA Baden engender confidence in their diagnosis, procedures and continued follow-up. Very pleased. While quality of service, once you get it, is great. However, you need to plan up to 2 hours of waiting for a 15 minutes with the doctor!

Been here over 30 mins pass my appointment time. Heard 1 of the people tell another person that they have 3 appointments on same doctor at same time??? Why would they make 3 people appointments for the same time with same doctor. That's ridiculous definitely will not come back. Will be going back to ortho by St Francis as they are so much more organized and a lot faster.

I’m still sitting in the room waiting for my doctor after 1 1/2 hours . This is a bit rediculous . Update : I saw Dr. Mariscalco for my shoulder that day and he was very good , listened , consulted my record and handled my situation with care . The office called me to apologize for making me wait so long , which I appreciated.
