Kim waters is simply the most skilled, PA I have met through Ortho VA. Not only is she skilled, but genuinely cares and has concern for her patients. She improved my mom’s quality of life at 91 with cortisone injections and made it painless. She always remembered conversations names of family members and she deserves a Gold metal!! You are truly an asset to your profession and I will definitely come see you when I need your care!!
Dr Anup Gangavalli is an embarrassing option for visits. I had an appointment with him and his resident(?) regarding an obvious mass in my shoulder causing extreme nerve pain. Not only was he dismissive , but he performed zero physical exam , prescribed three medicines I told him I wouldn’t take and didn’t want , and insisted that physical therapy was a requirement before insurance would approve imaging.
