My first post was deleted wow!! I have to think long and hard before I make another appointment!! This was supposed to be an important appointment for me. I was on time the girl checked me in. I asked if the doctor was backed up and she said my doctor has been busy all day. Someone should have done the right thing and call me to ask if I wanted to reschedule. This is poor service and attitude!!!!!!!!
So far it's been great for me . Drs are great,attentive and seems through. Inviting atmosphere, most often the wait is a short wait . Easy to get appointments, but like most Dr offices it's months out.
They are the best! They're knowledgeable. They take excellent care of you, and they care! I am so impressed, and I am so grateful for Doctor Nelson and the other doctors who have taken great care of me.
I went to St Mary's to see Dr Gibellato and he was good as usual but the nurse that checked me in was so rude to me and I didn't like it. I had to stop my grandson from going in on her. I am diabetic and my sugar was down to 56 and he was trying to help me. She continued to tell me that it wasn't fair that the doctor had to wait for me.
