This place billing department seems to have very incompetent staff. Instead of billing us they sent it straight to collections, they didn't wait for our insurance to process the bill. So my wife and I had to waste our time calling them, mind you the collections agency was more helpful than they were. Their billing department need an overhaul.
Told me to arrive 20 mins early to my appointment just for me to wait over an hour for them in the waiting room. The doctor spent about a total of 3 minutes with me just to tell me something I already knew. The only solution they gave me for my injury was something that only had a 50% chance of working. The biggest problem with them is having to wait a long time to get seen.
While they cancel appointments if 15 minutes late, they happily make you wait 40+ minutes without even letting you know they are running late. The contrast between respect expected for providers and not given to patients is appalling.
