Told me to arrive 20 mins early to my appointment just for me to wait over an hour for them in the waiting room. The doctor spent about a total of 3 minutes with me just to tell me something I already knew. The only solution they gave me for my injury was something that only had a 50% chance of working. The biggest problem with them is having to wait a long time to get seen.
While they cancel appointments if 15 minutes late, they happily make you wait 40+ minutes without even letting you know they are running late. The contrast between respect expected for providers and not given to patients is appalling.

Dr Lawhorn was great, and the surgery/recovery went well. BUT: Be aware of billing discrepancies, for they are very difficult to resolve. We had a double payment issue raised in Jan 2025 from one Dr visit and one PT session, and it is still not resolved. Their billing department appears to be third-party managed, and they are unable to confirm two separate payments we made. Multiple calls requesting review have gone unanswered, and no timeline for feedback is provided when asked.
I would give negative stars if i could. They jerked me around with insurance when my son needed surgery, wouldnt answer phones when I was trying to fix the issue. We moved on to another clinic and a second injury was identified that OrthoVA did not find. Then I was sent to collections over a bill that I was unaware of, can't get in touch with billing at all (many calls and voicemails but no return call) and now they have sent me notices from a lawyer to sue me for a bill that I can't even look at or talk about.
