Incredibly unprofessional physical therapy office. I just got a summons to court to pay $500 + legal fees. How did I get here you may ask? First I would like to start off saying that I asked every single time how much I owed and if they were sure and I urged them to make sure this wouldn’t add up later… guess what it did. Dr. Novak did a great job making my mom feel very small. She had a knee replacement almost a decade ago and ever since, has suffered from nerve damage. Every waking hour of her life as a 78 yo Korean woman is dominated by pain which she manages with tramidol. After starting over in a new chapter of her life due to an impending divorce from an abusive husband, I took her to a new set of pain doctors, PAs, and others to help her get to the source of her pain. This place is ridiculous. Made an appointment through their mychart at 3:45. The automated system said my appointment was at 3:45 as well. I got there 3:40 and waited about 45min. When i asked y i wasnt being looked at. They told me my appointment was not at what the automated system said and that my actual appointment was at 4:15. Not only that but there was still two more patients in front of me. All this was being told to me at 4:30. I couldnt wait no more. I left and they stole my $50 copay.
