Delivered an orthotic to me in my hospital room. Didn't fit it or check the size, then charged for "fitting" this was removed after asked what fitting had taken place. No follow up on if the orthotic was comfortable or to offer a fitting. Later discovered they had provided the wrong size for me. When asked if they would be paying for the replacement was made to feel it was my fault for not knowing how my first orthotic should feel.
