Went for an appointment in April and still do not have inserts. They said they requested medical notes from my doctor and did not receive them. They said inserts could take 5 to 6 weeks to get originally. I called today 6 weeks later to inquire on status and found out they have not even been sent for approval with my insurance. Definitely a poor follow up process at this office and a very disappointed patient.
