The customer service is amazing. We had some adjustments needed for my husband’s orthotic. Julian Angeles, the Practice Manager, came to my home to see how to modify them. Took them back to office made the corrections and returned them to us. Not once, but twice. If you know anything about Atlanta traffic that is a big deal. We are a good 40 minutes away. So helpful and concerned to make sure he is comfortable and getting the support he needed. Amazing customer service. 100% recommend Julian and this company.
Julian has been more than helpful. He cares about his patients and does a great job at explaining things. He has made helpful suggestions on use and care of my prosthetic. He has been a great comfort after I lost my leg due to diabetes.
