Dr McKenzie is awesome I have used your office for many years 6 years now at my appointment I was told y’all could not see me any more and was told by the front desk I would have to get wen insurance because I have Humana. Well that can’t happen till next this is the second time this has happened and I have had to pay out of pocket for this service. Administration has no clue how the effect the patient or the Doctor
She is a great at listening and undstanding any problems.
I’m glad I have her as a doctor. She is very attentive and eager to get to the root of the problem or issues and she makes sure she crosses all her ‘y’all and dot and her i’s before moving to the next step
Always thorough and great at putting you at ease.
Love Dr. McKenzie! She is very easy to talk to, and very efficient. I am in and out quickly without ever feeling rushed.
