You get what you pay for! While their prices can't be beat, you pay for in customer service. After an initial consultation, I left feeling like I still had a lot of questions. I had been to another orthodontist for a consultation and not only did they paint a clear picture of the process, but they told me to call with any questions. I can not say enough great things about my 15 month experience with Orthotex. Since I didn't wear my retainer like advised when I first had braces in high school, my lower teeth shifted and became really crooked, effecting how well I was able to clean them. The staff makes the whole process easy and exciting to be apart of. For the most part, I was treated by the same doctors each visit but when I had someone else, it's like they had been with me the whole time.
