this is not a true urgent care, only for orthopedic. in spite of asking multiple times in office to confirm and being told yes, after waiting for all paperwork to be completed when asked the reason for the visit was told this is not THAT kind of urgent care…should specify when asked that this is ORTHOPEDIC URGENT CARE only.

Another disappointing experience at OrthoSC. I swore I’d never go back but I was in so much pain, I opted to try this urgent care. Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere. The x-ray technician was a very kind man. The woman at reception was helpful. The medical experience, saw a PA, M. Carletta—NOT favorable. Discounting, impatient, told me I “had too many things going on and needed to go to ER”. This is my 3rd or 4th unfavorable experience here, the others in the Murrells Inlet office. Blair, Mikol - Nope!

This place is awesome! Had an elbow issue with fluid build up. Had it drained twice and a cortisone shot. No issues.
