I had a 2:30 appointment to have my lower back evaluated for pain and discomfort. The tech who brought me into the dr office was thorough and informative. She sent me for X-rays. The xray tech was also thorough and helpful. Then, PA Maribeth Carletta came in to discuss with me what I was experiencing.Her patience and thoroughness were amazing. What should I do in this situation? I am experiencing severe shoulder pain caused by direct exposure to cold air conditioning. Twenty-two days after receiving a joint injection from the doctor (on August 19, 2026), I still have about 50% residual pain, which prevents me from functioning normally.
