Just a FYI my husband was going to therapy. Just by luck (we have Aetna insurance) we were talking to our insurance agent. My husband has been charged $82 and change. His copay is only $30.00. However we would not have known that if we didn’t talk to our insurance agent. Please be aware that they are over charging. Check your Aetna booklet or talk to your agent🤬
I have visited Ortho SC twice this year, and both times I’ve walked away feeling dismissed, misled, and questioning the integrity of the care provided. In January 2025, I went to the Market Commons location for an acute elbow injury. I was in severe pain and unable to move my arm. Literally ran across the room to lock the door when I was four feet from it at ten till 8. Then looked at me and turned around and walked away. And as I sat in the parking lot trying to find somewhere other than an ER to go, she came out and asked me if I was with the cleaning crew. When I said no she said “oh.” And turned around and walked away. Will never ever go here again. The PA, Chris, seemed super confident he could help my left knee issue within a day or so. Could really put no weight on it. He was right! Drained my knee fluid and gave me a cortisone shot and now back walking on Monday am. Much appreciated! Very convenient Sunday hours too.
