Never seen a place so poorly organized. If they make a 10 am appointment it may be 12 or later before you see the doctor. That should be unacceptable to all of us! I know it is to me.
I received care from doctors here and both doctors gave me excellent care . I had knee and shoulder surgery. The staff is extremely nice.
the physical therapists overbook, having two to three clients in the hour. maybe they have a large caseload but when it’s to the point of just giving instructions and leaving to go to the next client, i’d rather take the instructions and go to the gym.
