Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. Nurses and doctors are fantastic
A well managed experience. From beginning to end. Staff are professional and personable. Made me and my family despite the nerve racking surgery we were there for. Facility is clean and welcoming. Coffee and other refreshments are complimentary. Wish I could remember the names of all the professionals providing care - Jenna was the intake nurse . She demonstrated the high level of professionalism all staff emulated. I would definitely recommend the facility.
Top-notch facility. The Saturday pre-op class was valuable for letting me know what to anticipate day of surgery. On that day, we arrived a little early and bc Dr. Pallante was a bit ahead of schedule, I got into surgery a little early. The surgery went great, and Dr. Pallante was communicative with my support people. Recovery went well— I was allowed to sleep enough to be ready to leave, not forced out before I was ready, as had happened to me years ago.
