I had a great experience at OrthoCarolina Urgent Care a few nights ago. I saw Ken Reardon, PA-C, and he was kind, funny, and made me feel completely at ease right away. He took the time to walk through a plan with me that I felt confident about, and I’m scheduled to follow up with him next week. I’m really glad I decided to go when I did. My family has been going to OrthoCarolina for years, and we’ve consistently had excellent care every time. Highly recommend.
Best experience from strait finish! The lovely lady at reception greeted us with a smile and even though I was standing there convulsing with back pain, she correctly updated my insurance, verified my address ( which she also updated) and kept pleasant banter until I was brought thought to the exam room. Very quick health review, x-ray, honest treatment options, and confirmation that I was not going crazy. I received prompt and appropriate care,, and most of all I finally felt heard. Thank you
My visit was great. Jeffrey was great. Very informational and attentive. He informed me well of my situation and made sure I left understand what was going on and how I could resolve the issue. Kenneth did an excellent at analyzing, explaining and breaking everything down so I could understand what's going on. One of the most professional doctors I've ever had the pleasure to meet. He carries himself in a very admirable way and is very knowledgeable in his field.
Visited OrthoCarolina Urgent Care Center City, 3/13 at 5:40 pm for a leg injury. I found the entire staff to be professional and kind. They x-rayed my leg first, then Dr. Bates came in to explain the findings and provide a treatment plan. The entire visit was a little over an hour.
