Two knee replacements with the best doctor and staff. Very caring, attentive, and professional. I hope not to, but wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again.
We love this place. We had to go because our 6 year old broke her thumb. They were friendly, thorough and quick to get you in and out! Definitely recommend!
Doctor O’Brien has been treating my various orthopedic problems since 2006, and that’s been many many times, and other family members have been to him as well. I appreciate the quality of care that I receive from him, as well as from his staff.

Dr. Benson has performed a complete knee replacement for me, and a thumb joint repair. I couldn’t be more pleased in both his expertise as well as his bedside manner. Dr. Ma Kay is currently seeing to my husband’s compression fractures in his back. The doctors, nurses, and office staff, especially at the Roane County office, are excellent. I have recommended Dr. Benson to friends who have used him and are also pleased.
Honestly one of the best and most caring places I've been to. Dr. Benson did surgery on me, and each time I see(n) him he's professional and friendly. He did an awesome job with my knee surgery, and stuck to his word. He also didn't care at all to answer any questions I had or talk about any concerns, always put it in a way I could understand!
