Medical staff seemed great however the administrative end is and was difficult to work with and I was left feeling it was a really bad experience. My first experience was when I needed to contact my Dr. for some reason I don't remember now as to why, it might have been to change an appointment. Was seen by orthopedics and very first visit was approved for surgery and scheduled within 2 weeks. It went very well and every time I had a worry and call for questions, I get a response that day or the next. Thank you so much
Doctor Kent is great doctor he truly listen and advocates for me.
My MRI & CT Scan results were reviewed and explained. Pros and Cons of surgery were explained. A decision was made.
