I broke my right radius while on vacation in Portugal. Dr. Boretz and his PA, Jaymes, saw me the very next morning after I got back in town and performed the surgery the following day. I truly appreciate their prompt care. Dr. Boretz and Jaymes are professional, skillful, and confident, with great bedside manner. The surgery was very successful. Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. Every time I called I kept getting redirected and could never get a straight answer or proper help. My son needed care for his ACL injury and instead of making the process easier it was a constant runaround. We finally gave up and went to another sports medicine doctor who actually provided great service and support. I’ll never go back to this place has no proper system to follow back and courtesy.
Dr. Boretz and Jodi Kunkel (PA) helped me understand what happened and performed surgery on my elbow after sustaining an injury. They both did great work and I was worried I would not get back my full range of motion, which was not the case. I was concerned, but Jodi and Dr. Boretz put me at ease with their experience. My mother, Maria Van Blaricom had Dr. Abrutyn perform a rotator cuff surgery who was the very best in her opinion. He was very friendly, efficient and highly recommended to perform his duties as a very good doctor.
