Dr Forsythe began the visit by entering the room with the nurse and turning to her and angrily scolding her with a raised voice telling her something along the lines of "those reports were not for this man". She said they were correct but he yelled for her to go find the right ones. After my horrible visit I tried to find out what the issue with my x-rays were and the office manager went to find out.
