I was met with kindness and empathy at the very first person and it continued throughout the hospital, and it didn't matter if I was seeing that particular person or not. Other ladies at the desk were just as kind and just as empathetic to the discomfort and pain. Made a immediate connection with my doctors complete staff and that is something that I have looked for for over seven years since I moved to Utah.
Dr. Rasmussen did excellent work replacing my wife's knee. All of the post op care has been tremendous! Definitely the place to go for this type of surgery.
The rooms are very nice. The staff was absolutely amazing! Any time I needed anything the nurse was right there for me. I have never been treated so well at a hospital. I was very comfortable before and after surgery. Dr.widmire did a fantastic job with my shoulder replacement too!
It is pretty upsetting that it is all about their time and not the patients. I have filled out for the past 4 years evaluations on my hip surgery. I was very honest letting them know it did not work for me. Received a call from the doctors office that they would love to see me and see what could be done. I have left multiple messages for them to call me and have not received one word back. So now I am trying to get medical records to see another doctor that will hopefully return my phone calls.
Dr. Scott Johnson and his assistant Roger, are super awesome!!
Great facility. The best place to go for these types of needs.
