My daughter has seen Dr. Phelps a couple times and we LOVE him! Always very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner! This time he was in surgery all day when we needed to see him, but he was able to make time for his PA, Cesar, to see us. Cesar is also excellent! Thank you, Dr. Phelps and Cesar, PA!
The PA Jose, is awesome. The clinic has a lot of patients but the staff is friendly and service oriented.
I have worked with Dr Phelps professionally (I am a RN), so I have seen his work from both sides now as a patient. He is not only greatly skilled from a technical perspective, but is kind and compassionate with patients. He takes care to ensure the patient understands every aspect of their illness / injury and ongoing plan of care.
I would like to say I am so happy and so pleased with my surgery the Doctor Phillips did I recommend him to as many people as I can that tell me they have issues the way I did with my shoulder. The office staff is amazing they are quick to fill out forms they are quick to help you with any kind of need you have I totally recommend Orthopedic performance
Dr Phelps did my knee surgery and he was great. Would recommend him 100%
