The Doctors are knowledgeable, their methods are effective, the office is run efficiently.
Dr. Wilcox is wonderful. However, his office workers are down right rude. Could be becuase I am young? Following up? I'm not sure. I've been given the run around with scheduling and receiving correct paperwork for my injury. I am never able to speak to who I ask for I'm always told they are out of the office or on another call. They always tell me they will take my number and get back to me but I have NEVER received a call back. When I follow up they give me attitude.
