Had l knee replacement by Dr. Steensen and couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.The whole staff at Ortho one is top notch in my book.
The front desk ladies were not friendly. They were disorganized. They lost the referral twice. We waited over an hour past our appointment time to see the doctor. The doctor seemed friendly and knowledgeable.
Dr. Backes is the greatest. I have had three knee injections with him, and not one of them hurt a bit. He's kind, courteous, funny, and takes time to listen to your concerns. He speaks the language you understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Gaines is the best of the best when it comes to Orthopedic's. So if you want the best go to him, you will be glad you did.
Dr. Steensen has worked on my knees several times. Now it was time to just replace the left knee. He was most sympathetic to my concerns and explained the surgery and process of healing. I'm glad I had it replaced 3 months ago.
Great place very pleased with Doc Backes Office staff was very helpful !!
