Great, friendly staff. Very encouraging. Lots of variety of exercises.
Great staff great doctors. They have helped me with knee and back pain.
Dr. Popp has helped my daughter through several injuries. He is always professional and gives us the information we need. He has a great bedside manner too. His staff members, from the receptionist to his secretary and nurse practitioner and the therapy staff, are also personable and very helpful. The MRI department is also great. I am very pleased with the services my daughter has received. Thank you to Dr. Popp and the staff of Orthopedic One.

I waited over 3 1/2 hours to just get called back to one of the rooms to see Dr.westerheide!!! Ridiculous!!
The office staff that answers the phones need training on customer service! This is your field of expertise, not mine so it is not appropriate for you to he rude and condescending while answering my questions.
Let me must say I have had 12 surgeries in my past so this is not my first rodeo. Dr. Bickel is awsome, the very first time I met him I felt very comfortable with him. He was so down to earth and didn't have that "greater than thou altitude". When you feel comfortable with a doctor then you get a secure feeling that they can get the job done.
