Excellent care. Very timely. Great communication.
Grateful with how quickly he was willing and able to see me. Overall, it was good with more explanation than I've had up to now. Questions that I need to think about and follow up with other docs upon his request. Both Dr. Pifel and PA Jason were very professional and seem concerned and wanting to find a way to address.
I felt that Dr Pifel was a bit too busy to answer questions I had and passed me off to physical therapy. The office staff was super nice and accommodating
I had a great experience. Dr. Eric Pifel and his team are very professional! He goes out of his way to make sure I understood my injury and the options I had for helping with it. I can not speak highly enough about him and his team!
