This upcoming Tuesday July 7th, marks the 33rd anniversary of my major back surgery. This surgery was followed by one in 1994 to remove hardware that was installed. I also had elbow surgery in 2012. The three surgeries mentioned were assisted or performed solely by Dr. Ronald Lippe. Many thanks to Dr. Amy Brown, she literally gave me my life back. Late last June I had a much needed knee replacement. Five months later, after extensive PT with Drayer Physical Therapy, I was able to log over 75 miles of walking (and no motorized scooter) over a 10 day period in Disney World. Last summer, I missed our annual beach trip, however, this year I’ve had no problem walking in the sand. Again, thanks to OIP, Dr. Brown and Drayer Physical Therapy.
