I wrapped up my physical therapy (PT) yesterday following my late February rotator cuff (RC) surgery by Dr. Matthew J. Kelly, of OIP. I know that six months seems like a long time, but my RC was totally torn, and Dr. Kelly very wisely had me wait a full two months before I started regular PT—beyond the pendulum and other exercises that I did earlier.
