The wait time time to see a doctor is way too long. Normal wait time at the Camp Hill Office is at least 75 minutes. When the doctor does appear, he brings a resident with him and doesn’t ask for my permission for her to be involved in my care. He discussed the X-ray with her and not me. When asked why I’m there I said I wrote it down on the sheet when I checked in. I had to re-explain the issue which tells me he didn’t take the time to even review my document so he was prepared. I had my hip replaced on October 4th this year. A month and a half later I'm back to a mostly normal lifestyle. Extremely grateful to Dr. Maugle and his team. Outstanding experience.
