Orthopedic Institute of New Jersey missleaded me, they told me that they accept my insurance. Moreover, they told where should I do X-RAY and reassure me that this place takes my insurance. I believed them but instead I got a bill for $250 from Orthopedic Institude of NJ and $485 for X-Ray
