I want to be clear that 5 is the rate for Doctors (Dr. Shin)who were excellent and extremely efficient. The low rating is because of the entire expense and charges. Entered Surgery 7:45 was awake by 9:30 not even 2 hours… charge was 28,000. Insurance paid 25,000 and there is an expectation from me of 3,000. I honestly feel that they were more than fairly compensated by the insurance company without requiring additional fee from me. I do not have these funds. I truly hope the practice will reconsider charging.
They will coerce you into useless injections while extracting as much money as they can, 2 minute visits with the Dr's, no follow up, no solutions. Go anywhere else.
