Great experience with Dr. Pujadas' Physician Assistant, Doug Sessions. He was kind, answered all my questions, never made me feel rushed and was a delight. Exceptional bed-side manner. We discussed total knee replacement surgery but at this time I opted for a hyaluronic gel injection which by the way was painless. When I decide to move forward with the surgery I definitely will be back to see Dr. Pujadas and his PA-C, Doug Sessions.
I will say the physical therapy people have been always amazing. And nice, Dr. Carl Freeman, nice so far. They won't see me again if I don't paint them $200 after they've taken thousands of dollars from me. And I have to pay that balance down, which I didn't really know. I had until they told me. I had it because my insurance didn't cover some stuff that they told me it did cover and then my insurance. I was told was not covered over there.
