My experience was great. The staff is very efficient and polite! Your appointment is your appointment, not sitting waiting an additional hour to be seen. Dr Myer is great doc with a very bedside manner. He listens and has good reassuring info. My only qualm would be the difficulty of communicating via phone. However the Patient Portal has proven to work well and I did get a response sooner than expected on my questions. The Brownsburg location has been my primary location and surgery was at the greenwood location.
Very fast service. Friendly staff. He was understanding and easy to talk to.
