Made a appointment for the urgent care and when I arrived I ask the gal how long it would be as they were loaded with people and she went and ask someone in theback and she came back and said the visit would probably be an hour to a hour and a half. Ask why make an appointment and she said they have walk ins also. Of course they do as it is an urgent care. I left as that is crazy when you make an appointment. The person with the appointment should get priority. Not good..
Friendly, professional staff. Addressed all my concerns, clearly.
Fluid on knee issue. Scheduled with urgent care next day. Taken care of by removing fluid along with helpful advice. Best option available anywhere.
