Super easy to make an online appointment for the urgent care clinic. After doing so I read the current reviews and was a little worried. I walked in at 10am for a 10:15am appointment. Both receptionists were friendly, greeted me and took me right away. I had accidentally entered my birthrate wrong online and she quickly fixed it. She even offered to watch my baby while I did repeat xrays. They took me back around 10:35 so only 20 minutes past my appointment time which wasn't bad. Made a appointment for the urgent care and when I arrived I ask the gal how long it would be as they were loaded with people and she went and ask someone in theback and she came back and said the visit would probably be an hour to a hour and a half. Ask why make an appointment and she said they have walk ins also. Of course they do as it is an urgent care. I left as that is crazy when you make an appointment. The person with the appointment should get priority. Not good..
