Dr Rougraff has been my surgeon for over 5 years. I am a very complicated cancer patient that came from a previous surgeon. Dr Rougraff graciously accepted me and we have endured multiple procedures. Dr Rougraff has continuously treated me with respect, listens to my concerns, and does his best to achieve positive outcomes.
