Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in a medical office. My husband was seen by Dr. Carter on 10/2/2017. He was told he didn't need surgery on his knee but instead a custom knee brace. It's now 10/26 and my husband still doesn't have his brace. My husband called the office every week and there was always an excuse. I myself called Carter's office on Monday 10/23 to see if I could help speed up the process.
