They do not return phone calls. I have been trying to get a hold of someone on Dr Castro's team for 8 days because the injection they sent me in for did not work. I even left an urgent message and still no call back. I will be taking my MRI to a different practice for review

Just had my last follow up from big shoulder surgery. Dr. Ciccone was excellent performing the repair and being interested and involved in my recovery and rehabilitation. The doctor's support staff provided great instruction on using my sling, adjusted it each visit, and made me feel important. The office staff is competent and friendly and waiting times have been very reasonable.Thanks for making what could have been a terrible personal experience, a very positive one.
