The receptionist was efficient but not friendly. The wait for doctor was a little long but the wait was worth it as 7 day prescription is really helping while i wait for insurance to ok my injection and Dr Mitchell was very helpful and helpful and I pray the injection works!!
No long waiting and very friendly staff and doctor who explained everything. Offered assistance step by step, thank you for taking your time.
DR Mitchell did an outstanding job performing a Lamendectomy on my lower back. I had been suffering for at least four yrs with lower back pain, when I woke up post surgery there was no pain. He also worked with my Primary physician to resolve a deep cough I had developed from bronchitis and recent pnumonia. If I ever need additional surgery on my back, he is the surgeon I would contact.
The staff was friendly and Dr. Griggs took time to listen about my injury and my concerns which resulted in the care I need to get relief from pain
I am so disappointed to share that this practice is disrespectful. They refused to allow a telehealth appt when my work schedule changed at the last minute. Rather than set up a telehealth appt for the follow up needed which required NO examination, they were requiring me to spend 2 hrs in the car and probably wait an hour in the office in order to have a 10 minute conversation with the doctor.
