RecommendedDr Gonzalez and his staff were awesome. They were able to get me in right away even though I was a new patient from out of town.
I Do Not Recommend to Anyone! Go to another Orthopaedic Office! If you are having surgery, do yourself a favor and go to any other office. Doctor Cuff or Doctor Scofield is going to actually do their job. I settled for this place because it was local and in network and I was in so much pain I didn't bother searching for a reputable surgeon. I don't know who to trust down here. Dr. Ng and her staff are wonderful and very professional. Dr. Ng is a fabulous surgeon. I had a THR last September. Feeling great!
I tore my ACL playing softball in the National Senior Games aka Senior Olympics in Albuquerque, NM back in June 2019. Since I play league softball with Dr. Ng, I was able to call her for advice. Once I returned from my trip I was able to get in to see her. Long story short, I had surgery in August and Dr. Ng did a remarkable job. I broke my wrist cycling - went to ER and was told I needed surgery and would be out of commission for a minimum of 3 months. Fortunately I was assigned to Dr Ng. The next day she performed surgery on my wrist and it was her day off !! She later told me she wanted to operate on the wrist as soon as possible so the wrist would heal better. She gave me a series of exercises to do while I recuperated - which I did. In 6 weeks I was back on my bike !! Dr. Ng debrided the tendons in my right wrist. It had been very swollen and painful and actually looked deformed. Dr. Ng totally put me at ease and scheduled my surgery. It was a great experience and she was so compassionate and professional. I’m so glad she is my doctor! Two months out from surgery and my wrist looks great without the swelling. The staff here are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I would gladly recommend Dr. Ng to anyone needing orthopedic surgery!!!
Dr. Tracy Ng repaired my rotator cuff. I play softball with her. I could not ask for a better doctor than what she is. In 4 months back to my sports and in 7 months back to work. She is a really person with lots of talent and a big heart. Thank you Tracy for fixing me.
Right from the beginning, I had a great feeling about the care I was going to get from Dr. Ng. She ended up discovering the source of the pain I had been suffering with for two years. My previous ortho doctor missed it. She is personable, efficient and knowledgable about the latest techniques. I highly reccomend her. It is nice to know she is in my corner for anything I may need her for in the future!
I'm very thankful that my neighbor Tim and Andrea recommended . Dr.Tracy Ng. I went to her for a second opinion after having 4 months of pure pain after my surgery. she gave me a cortisone shot her bedside manner is excellent I would highly recommend going there then the other place I went. I should have definitely took my neighbors of vice from the beginning. Looking forward to going back for my 4 week check-up.
