Prompt, thorough and the doc I had was easy to talk to, didn’t rush & explained everything
This was our first visit for a broken growth plate. We saw Dr. Fanuele and he was wonderful! I couldn’t be happier with how he was with my young daughter and how at ease we were made to feel. My only complaint is we waited an hour past our appointment time which is a huge pet peeve of mine. However, we will be back to see him in 3 weeks for our follow up and I’m sure he will be just as great to work with then.
Dr. Chao and his team are the best for spinal surgery!
Sheryl was in for a cortisone injection in her neck. She has been experiencing an extreme headache for 3 days. Little to my surprise they are passing the buck do not want to speak to us or hear from us keep referring us back to our PCP. Shaking my head nothing like taking our insurance money jamming a needle in her neck and then not caring after the fact
Waited for 1 hour 20 min.for X-rays than another hour and a half to get into exam room, another 45 min. For Dr. To show up, looked at my wrist said X-rays showed some damage if it persists call for appointment for surgery. Total time with Dr.? 5 min..Some Asian Dr. Forgot his name..
Love them up there. I do have Dr. Chao, but have had Dr. Wong for injections. A secialist for all parts.
