Not sure about the rest of the office but Dr. Nathan Ehmers has terrible chair side manner. Rude and condescending and doesn’t like having to clarify anything. God forbid you don’t understand something and have to ask questions. He was also rude to his assistant in front of patients. Overall very unprofessional. 0/10 Don’t recommend. Take your money to someone who actually cares.
ZERO STARS!!! Suite 104 I see why this place has low star reviews first time being at any dignity health. The 2 receptionists up front at the window are extremely rude very unprofessional. Doctor sent prescription to pharmacy but for got the diagnosis code so I called them and again this receptionist was rude. I guess they have old technology they can't do zoom because there is no email on file which is weird everywhere else does a text link to zoom with attitude receptionist said no.
