Terrible response times on needing medication‘s. They will only give you a one 800 number and will not transfer you to where you can actually speak to a person. My wife has been trying to get her non-narcotic pain meds refilled for six days repeatedly calling into the office and only getting put in voicemails and no one returning her call and one time they finally did call in the prescription.
