Appointments are always on time, staff are great and friendly. Drs and nurses are always kind and professional. Dylan and Connor were great at giving my gel shot, I felt no pain and they were great to talk to during the procedure. Dr Casey is my Dr and he’s always very understanding and helpful with questions I have.
OAL has been excellent through a couple of Orthopedic illnesses/injuries
Dr Starks is very understanding and I would highly recommend her. Edit: I would never recommend her. She claims she knows how to control pain after a reverse shoulder replacement and I’ve had 7 kids and I’d rather have 7 more than let her touch me. Without going into detail, she called and actually yelled at me for going to THEIR Urgent Care when I was in so much pain I didn’t know what to do. Dr Munn’s care of my young child was excellent. He was kind, thorough, skilled, and patient. He went above and beyond to make sure nothing was missed, and that he was able to see her for appropriate follow up the next week after her initial injury. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking orthopedic care, in particular anyone needing a hand specialist.
I got an appointment quickly and had a minimal wait. Dylan did a full review of my history and listened to my concerns attentively. He did a thorough exam and provided treatment, clearly explaining the risks/benefits, and answered my questions. Follow up instructions were reviewed. It was a good experience and helped resolve my issue.
