Dylan was an excellent PA, very personable, and very thorough. He was also very apologetic about our one and a half hour wait in the freezing cold waiting room at your effort to office. Seems like the walk-in urgent care clients were in and out before we were even considered.
We truly regret that she is leaving this practice. We do not understand the reasons. This practice is loosing a very caring doctor.
