Great Doctors and staff
If I could give 0 stars instead of 1, I would. Please consider going somewhere else, especially if you are bringing a child. Not only did they provide an incorrect diagnosis, but they also gave inaccurate notes for school and showed a complete lack of accountability afterward. The front desk staff are unprofessional and disrespectful. They don’t even try to understand what patients are saying, and when they don’t know the answer, they place you on hold forever. I see why this facility has such poor reviews. Having fallen and landing on my shoulder I went there for treatment. It was suggested by the emergency room at Bristol hospital. When I got there I was asked if I had the disc for the X-ray that was taken in the morning. I said no but I have a written report. The clerk advised me that they had to have the disc before they could treat me. I drove back to Bristol hospital got the disk and then came back. Now they had another reason not to see me.
