Arrived at 7:24 PM with my child and was turned away because 3 people were already in the waiting room. I was told they stop taking patients at 7:30 PM. Despite arriving before their cutoff, I was told it was at the doctor's discretion to refuse us so they could leave right at 8:00 PM. This facility is only open for 3.5 hours a day. Please do your job or officially change your listed hours to 7:30 PM so people don't waste their time driving here. You clearly aren't in healthcare for the right reasons.
