RecommendedFor the most part, everyone from office to specialist are very kind and helpful. At another office i had such a horrible experience, I will not longer grace that office with my presence
o love Dr. Kusior who i see for shoulder and knee and Dr. Resnik was amazing today with my hand unfortunately no surgical options hed recommend from crushing my fingers but he did a cortisone shot and was very friendly and showed me my X-rays. Definitely highly recommend
Sadly, customer service is dead, which is especially clear in this office. From the kiosk check in to trying to call and get a person willing to answer questions I am sorely disappointed. Unfortunately the doctors that I have used there have been very good but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This place is trying to charge me for a visit that never happened and I have been trying to talk to someone about it for over a year. I have tried to contact the billing supervisor with no response and every time I call the people are always so rude.
Doctors are the hardest to get in touch with and the amount of time spent waiting is unacceptable. What’s the point of arriving on time or 15 mins early to still have to wait to hours to be seen? Wouldn’t recommend this place to Anyone. The place is a zoo
