Being billed for office visit on a failed shoulder surgery. Tried contacting office several times and just get voice mail with a promise to call back. Bill is less than $100. I refuse to pay. Surgeon that performed surgery is no longer practicing there. Not paying for failure. This visit was for another surgeon to tell me surgery failed. Hope I never have to use this practice again. Gave two stars for treatment by office staff. They were easy to deal with. Billing office not so much.
It is difficult to describe how poorly this company is run. My Dr even quit.
As usual nothing will help cure my wrist pain for good.
One star for unprofessional administrative staff. I hadn’t even seeing a specialist yet, but was referred there by VA for “the best in town shoulder specialist”. They were supposed to call to schedule an app. Never happened. I had to reach out myself. Each call takes AT LEAST 15 min wait for someone to pick up. It took 4(🤯) calls to set the first appointment.
