Dr Rose x rayed my hands, and explained options related to arthritis and bone spur issues in both thumbs. After rejecting surgical routes for now, I opted for carefully placed steroidal injections which worked great for 6 weeks the first time and going on 12 round two with some pain developing again.
I have only had great service from this place. Dr Graham has performed shoulder replacement surgeries on both my right and left shoulder. I have had no issues. Both surgeries have gone well. The office staff have been accommodating. The PA has been great! I have recommended Dr G to several others that need this surgery. I’d use them again if needed.

Scheduling with this place is a nightmare. Phone calls went unanswered, emails as well. Finally made an appointment at a time that wasn't convenient for me. I showed up 15 minutes late and they wouldn't see me; I haven't ever heard of this for being less than 25-30 minutes late. Anyway, I called Direct Orthopedic Care (DOC) and they were able to see me right away today. I highly recommend DOC; they have great customer service and excellent doctors, notably Dr Thomas.
