I’ve always loved this place and I have had excellent surgeons who are compassionate and want to help. That is until this last time when the female foot surgeon refused to fix my two broken toes and my toenails that grow in a complete circle leaving me to have to dig my nails out of my toes and let me tell you the older I get the harder it is to do that. Went in for shoulder pain caused from a protruding collarbone. It takes an act of god to get me to a doctor, and once again they did not disappoint. I was told by Dr. Hall that my pain was not where I indicated (because how would I, a mere patient, possibly know where this pain that I have lived with for months now is located, over the arrogant all knowing professional) Imaging my surprise when the cortisone shot he injected, in what I told him was not the spot causing the pain, has failed to give me any relief whatsoever.
