Went in for shoulder pain caused from a protruding collarbone. It takes an act of god to get me to a doctor, and once again they did not disappoint. Had an appointment today, received a call around 8:15 am asking if I could come in early. I specifically made this appointment at 2:15 so I wouldn't have to miss any work (I made my appointment over a week ago) then the scheduler said let me talk to him and I'll call you back. She called me back and said "the provider will stay and see you at 2:15. Three hrs later the Duluth office called me and asked me to reschedule next week. I have always loved orthopedic associates and have had two different surgeons from the one in Duluth, but today I went to the Hibbing location and left pretty upset. For starters I have a bunion on my right foot but have some problems on both feet, including my two toes located next to each big toe, but when you schedule an online appointment you have to choose between the right and left foot, you can’t have both, so when I got there I mentioned several times that I had the same issue on both feet from a fall I had taken las... read more
